XP Coaching
The Executive Pastor role is unique, you're not the Senior Pastor, you're not a department head, and no one really prepared you for exactly this. This coaching track is built specifically for new and aspiring Executive Pastors who need a thinking partner, a sounding board, and someone who's been in the chair.
We work through the fundamentals: managing up, building trust with your Senior Pastor, creating operational rhythms, handling staff dynamics, and staying personally healthy while carrying organizational weight.
