The local church is the hope of the world and every local church deserves to be led with both vision and excellence. For over ten years, I've served in local church ministry with a particular passion for the Executive Pastor role. The Executive Pastor should be the person who turns a pastor's dreams into an organizational reality.
Sadly though, in many churches the Executive Pastor is an untapped asset at best, or a Senior Pastor's worst nightmare if misunderstood. Join me on a journey to explore the potential of the Executive Pastor role and discover how to best advance the Kingdom of God through second chair leadership.
